【零嘴能量棒】分分钟让“抹茶控”沦陷!

我其中一个目标就是要每天早起。但是,你们从之前的文章都能知道,我跟你们大部分人一样,都不是晨型人嘛,所以早起对我来说真的超难的。我每次早起,到下午的时候都感觉身体仿佛被掏空。虽然我可以靠喝咖啡来保持清醒,但是我真的不喜欢这样吖(打鸡血几个小时之后又倒下了。)所以我想找一些更天然的方法来让自己打起精神来,保持能量满满的状态,而这就是今天要介绍给大家的神奇的抹茶能量棒食谱啦!!!

One of my resolutions is to wake up earlier every day. HOWEVER, as some of you may know from my past articles, I am NOT a morning person and doing this is really hard for me. My body isn’t used to it yet and so when I wake up early, I ALWAYS start to feel REALLY tired in the afternoon. Before I would usually just drink coffee to stay awake, but after a while I didn’t like the way my body would react to it (I would get super energized for a few hours then just crash) so I tried to find a more natural way to get energy and found this amazing MATCHA ENERGY BAR recipe!!! 

 

什么是抹茶?

WHAT IS MATCHA?

抹茶是绿茶粉的一种,因为是用整片叶子来制作,所以会比普通绿茶富含更多的抗氧化元素和营养。(超棒棒!!)

Matcha is a type of green tea that comes in a powder.  Because the entire leaf is used, matcha contains even more beneficial antioxidants and nutrients than regular green tea. (Double yay!!)

 

研究表明,抹茶还可以提神醒脑-在困倦的午后可以来一杯,而且对经常旅游的小伙伴也非常好喔!

Matcha has also been shown to support a feeling of calm alertness – which is great for an afternoon pick-me-up as well as good for those who travel a lot!

 

本期的自制能量棒不仅是用超赞的原料制作而且还益处多多!!

-坚果和火麻仁 可以供给能量,有益脂肪,纤维跟植物蛋白。

-枣/或其他干果 含有易消化碳水化合物/易吸收能量,纤维,甜味还可以作为黏合剂。

-调味料 这里我用的是椰子,黑巧克力碎,抹茶和香草。(但宝宝们也可以用其他的调料,做出各种不同的组合,尽管大胆地实验吧。)

This homemade energy bar has some great ingredients with even better benefits!!

- Nuts and seeds for energy, healthy fats, fiber, and plant-based protein.

- Dates and/or other dried fruits for easily-digestible carbohydrates/quick energy, fiber, sweetness, and to act as a binder.

- Flavorings I used coconut, dark chocolate chips, matcha, and vanilla here. (But you could substitute with other flavorings and spices to make tons of different combinations, feel free to experiment.)

其实,我还住在美国的时候,是不太喜欢绿茶/抹茶的味道的。我喝惯了超级甜的星爸爸星冰乐,所以一直不习惯天然绿茶饮品的味道。但这些年来,我慢慢地减少糖的摄入量,吃得更天然。尽管抹茶口味对我来说还是有一丢丢奇怪,但这款能量棒把抹茶跟黑巧克力碎、椰子融合一起,这还真的是一个很棒的组合!不仅如此,只需要1根能量棒,我像冲了电一样能量满满!!真的很赞的哟!!

Actually, when I was living in America, I never really liked the green tea/matcha flavor. I was so used to the super-sweet Starbucks Frappuccinos and could never get used to the natural taste of the leaves in green tea or matcha drinks. But over the years I began to cut my sugar intake and naturally craved more pure flavors. The matcha flavor is still a little bit strange for me but since these bars incorporate it with dark chocolate chips and coconut, it’s a REALLY good combination! Not only that, but after one of these bars I immediately feel energized!! It really works people!!

材料 INGREDIENTS 材料

 

1¼杯 枣,去核+粗略弄碎

½杯 杏仁

½杯 腰果

¼杯 火麻仁(可省略)

1茶匙 香草精

1汤匙 抹茶粉+少量用于装饰

2汤匙 黑巧克力

¼杯 无糖椰子片

1¼ cups dates, pitted + roughly chopped

½ cup almonds

½ cup cashews

¼ cup hemp seeds (optional)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tbsp matcha powder + additional for sprinkling

2 tbsp dark chocolate

¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes


步骤 DIRECTIONS 步骤

STEP 1

把枣,杏仁,腰果,香草精,2汤匙抹茶粉加入食物料理机或者搅拌机,搅拌均匀。混合直至有面团感。如果混合物还是不能呈面团状,可以加入更多的枣直至完全混合一体。

Combine dates, almonds, cashews, vanilla, + 2 tsp matcha powder in food processor or blender and blend until well-combined. Mixture should stick together like a dough when pressed. If mixture is falling a part, add a few more dates and process again until combined.

 

STEP 2

加入全部的黑巧克力碎,摇晃直至所有碎片均匀分布。

Add dark chocolate chips and pulse just enough for the chocolate to be dispersed throughout.

STEP 3

用一个小烤盘,往上面铺烤盘纸(让能量棒容易转移),把面团放到烤盘。用手或者勺背来整理面团直至紧凑与顺滑。往上面撒椰子片跟抹茶粉,再用勺背按压。

Line a small baking dish with parchment paper (so bars are easier to remove later) and add bar mixture to dish. Use hands or the back of a spoon to press the mixture down until it is compact and smooth. Sprinkle coconut and additional matcha on top and press down with back of spoon.

 

STEP 4

把小烤盘放进冰箱至少30分钟。

Place dish in freezer for at least 30 minutes.

STEP 5

整张烤盘纸拿出,以转移能量棒。切成一根根+放置冰箱可以保存1周喔!

Remove bars from dish by pulling out parchment paper. Cut into bars + store in fridge for up to 1 week!

这款能量棒制作超简单而且还很健康,可以跟你们的小伙伴分享喔!

These bars are SO easy to make and a great healthy snack to share with your friends! 

而且,这是自制的哦,肯定会比外面卖的要美味得多对吧?!哈哈哈

PLUS, they are homemade so you know homemade is SO much tastier than store-bought right?! Hehehe
