花椰菜素食披萨!! Cauliflower Pizza!

无法否认,我们就是喜欢披萨!特别是周日宅在家看电影的时候,一定要点一份披萨。实在是太好吃了!遗憾的是,这确实不是最健康的食物。所以我们找寻了一下,发现了这款花椰菜素食披萨!披萨皮是用花椰菜做的!是的,你没听错,就是花椰菜!这款白色蔬菜总是会被你留在盘子里,因为你不喜欢!让我们悄悄告诉你吧,其实它超好吃!深表怀疑是吗?那就试一下我们这个食谱吧!

We can’t deny it…but we just love pizza! We always love ordering it on Sundays when we stay in and watch movies all day. It’s just so good! But sadly, it isn’t necessarily the healthiest thing to eat. So we searched and found this cauliflower crust vegetarian pizza! The crust is made entirely from cauliflower! Yes, you heard it right, cauliflower! That white vegetable that you always leave on your plate because you don’t want to eat it…ha! And let us tell you something…it is super delicious!! 材料 INGREDIENTS 材料

 

Cauliflower Crust:
2 cups head of cauliflower
¼ teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1tbsp fresh thyme

 

Tomato sauce:
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup tomatoes
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 scallions

 

Toppings:
mushrooms
spinach
balsamic vinegar 

 

花椰菜披萨皮部分:
1200g花椰菜
1.4g盐
1瓣蒜
20g营养酵母
1勺新鲜百里香

 

番茄酱部分:
55g番茄干
100g番茄
10g柠檬汁
3颗大葱

 

浇料部分:
蘑菇
菠菜
黑醋


 

步骤 DIRECTIONS 步骤

STEP 1
将花椰菜(只要顶部,不要杆)切成小块放入食物料理器中,搅拌至其变得润滑。(花椰菜富含水分,我们建议在搅拌后用纱布滤掉水分如果你跳过这步的话,做花椰菜披萨皮的时间就要延长了!)

Chop cauliflower (just the top florets, not the stems) into small pieces and add to food processor, blending until it's smooth. (Since cauliflower is a water-packed food, after blending it in the food processor we recommend placing it in a cheese cloth and squeezing out the excess water. If you don’t do this then it will take a lot longer to cook the cauliflower crust!)

 

STEP 2
将花椰菜和所有其他的披萨皮材料(盐、大蒜、营养酵母和百里香)放入食物料理器中,加工至其完全融合。

Add cauliflower and all of your remaining crust ingredients (salt, garlic, nutritional yeast and thyme) to the food processor and pulse until well-combined.

 

STEP 3
将面团在烘焙纸上做成一个大的圆圈(不要太薄,1.2cm厚即可)。

Spread the dough into 1 large circle on a baking sheet (making sure to not spread it too thin - about ½ inch is good).

 

STEP 4
放入烤箱用93°C度的温度烘烤1个小时。

Place in your oven at 200°F for 1 hour.

 

STEP 5
将蘑菇切成条状跟菠菜和黑醋拌在一起待用。

Cut mushrooms into strips and toss with spinach and balsamic vinegar and set aside.

 

STEP 6
将番茄酱原料(番茄干、新鲜的西红柿、柠檬汁和大葱)混合在一起放入食物料理器中至其混合。

Combine ingredients for your tomato sauce (sun-dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, lemon juice, and scallions) in a food processor until well-combined. 

STEP 7
将披萨皮从烤箱中取出,在它上面涂上番茄酱。

Remove crust from oven, spread tomato sauce on top.

 

STEP 8
再加上菠菜、蘑菇和黑醋混合物即可.

Then add the spinach, mushroom and balsamic vinegar toppings!
